embrace.

Technique of the turn, the dynamic of the turn, turn with sacadas, with
planeos, in movement , planeo of the leader and the follower, possible
embellishments in the planeos.

Linear and circular boleos
Technique and exercises; dynamics; maximum hip dissociation in circular
boleos; Intro to embellishments; Variations of steps for leaders; frozen or
suspended boleos; different boleo combinations.

Complex sequence
Sequences of 16 beats during which different technical and rhythmical
aspects are covered including planeos, turns, sacadas, volcadas, colgadas,
and ganchos...
